Science
At Greenway, we recognise the importance of high-quality science teaching and learning and, as such, provide the children with the opportunity to learn about different aspects of science, in line with the National Curriculum.
Scientific vocabulary and terminology are directly taught to the children to enable them to discuss and explore their understanding.
The children will develop their knowledge and understanding of a range of different scientific aspects such as forces and electricity.
By building on prior knowledge, children embed their understanding and address misconceptions.
