GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

GLF Boundless Festival Chess Tournament

Our top chess players took part in the GLF Boundless Festival Chess Tournament last week and did us proud! Greenway came 3rd overall, with one of our pupils earning a medal for the highest individual score – a fantastic achievement!

A huge well done to everyone who took part for their effort, teamwork, and great sportsmanship throughout the day.

A special thank you to Mrs Cannons for driving the minibus and to Mr Rogers for supporting the team at the event.
